Tuesday Rides
Tuesday SCCCC rides are moderately paced social rides, almost always involving coffee and lunch stops. Riders of all levels are welcome. Leaders will have route sheets for new riders.
Please arrive at 9:45 am for a 10:00 start.
We have two levels of rides each Tuesday*:
Regular Ride - Covering 25-40 miles and averaging about 2,000' of elevation.
Lite Ride - This is a sub-set of the Regular Ride with less miles at a slower pace and less elevation.
Starting locations
First and Third Tuesday of the month
Meet at Gateway Plaza shopping center on River St. near Hwy 1. Park next to the levee. Note there is no public water or restrooms available, but local businesses do have facilities for their customers.
Second and Fourth Tuesday of the month
Meet at the dirt parking lot at the entrance to Niscene Marks SP on Aptos Creek Rd off Soquel Dr.
Fifth Tuesday of the month (when appropriate)
This is a "leaders choice" ride with different starting locations. There are sometimes multiple starting locations on this day.
Specifics on rides is sent out by the leader on the clubs e-list. One needs to be a member of SCCCC to get on this list.

*These ride level descriptions are quite broad as specific rides may not exactly fit the description. They may be over or under by as much as 5 miles and or 300’. If you have questions about a ride you are considering, please contact the ride leader.
