The central coast's newest century event is a ride through some of the prettiest
roads of Santa Cruz, San Benito and Monterey Counties. This is a fully supported
ride beginning at Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz and will include rest stops
approximately every 10-12 miles, water stops (where necessary) and complete
SAG/Safety support in between. The rest stops will include snacks, water, and
sports drink.
Experience the unique beauty of Southern Oregon. Come take place in the wonders
that the Rogue Valley has to offer by participating in the century, metric century,
30-mile ride or family-friendly route through the park. Ride a relatively flat
course through forests, along rivers, and across valleys! Finish the ride with
a feast fit for all appetites. Spend the rest of your visit enjoying fishing,
rafting, wine tasting, watching Shakespeare, and many other activities that
Southern Oregon has to offer. Proceeds of the ride benefit the Rogue River Corridor
and Greenway, an expansion of the bike/pedestrian paths, spanning the entire
plenty of the Rogue Valley.
Note: This one is not local but supports a great cause and the Rogue Valley
in September makes for a memorable ride.
