Six Saturday sessions. 9am to 2pm est. Start locations TBA. Learn safe & smart cycling skills for riding in traffic, rules of the road, making safe emergency stops, various types of turns in traffic, voice & hand signals, riding in groups, cadence, defensive riding, rough terrain, climbing,descending & more. Start @ 10 miles & build to 25 miles. Experienced coaches will help along the way. Intended for B,C & D levels, experienced or not. Ebikes are welcome.
