Hi all,

This Saturday's ride starts at Johnny's Market in Boulder Creek. Roll out at 9AM.

Take Hwy 9 North from Felton

In Boulder Creek, turn left on Lorenzo St.

Park on Lorenzo St. behind Johnny's Market, not in their parking lot

A Route click here 44.9 Miles and 6,274 feet elevation...Hwy 9, Saratoga, Bohlman (On Orbit, optional A+ for those who enjoy the extra pleasure), Montevina, Black, Gist, 35, BCR...And for the adventurous portion of the ride, there is a short segment of fire road between Bohlman and Montevina, but it's rideable at a controlled pace, also near the end of the fire road, stay right at the Y or you'll be doing some unnecessary additional climbing ;). Montevina has some very tight hairpin curves on the descent, so utilize your braking skills accordingly.

B Route click here 34 miles and 3,232 feet elevation gain. Hwy 9, Skyline, Bear Creek loop...Yes, the massive slip-out has been repaired and reopened last month. Click Hwy 35 Reopening for news video. Also, looking for a B ride leader for when we split off at the Saratoga Gap (Skyline/9) parking lot. On these roads, it's recommended to predominantly stay single file and socialize before and after the ride and during breaks.

A and A+ routes will stop for water refills at the Saratoga Cemetery (6th and Bohlman) and also at Lakeside Elementary on Black Rd.

We can meet at Boulder Creek Pizza and Pub afterward for delicious eats & beverages and great company!! Across from Johnny's Market.

As always: Make sure to bring cell phone, ID, plenty of snacks/hydration, pre-check your bike for good operating condition and have your tool kit, spare tubes, C02 cartridges and frame pump with you. Make sure you buddy up with someone who will be riding at your pace. If you are new to the group, please let the Ride Leader know!
